Here’s a tentative revision to the schedule for the upcoming weeks in PHI 103-1 MWF 11am.
9/24: Problem of Evil discussion (bring proposed solutions and criticisms) (readings: Smith and Swineburne)
9/26: Carry over from Problem of Evil; starting on Reason and Faith (readings: Smith and Aquinas)
9/29: Finish Reason and Faith section (readings: Smith and Aquinas)
10/1: Start on Plato Book 6. Handing out and posting of Exam 1. Exam 1 will be due Wednesday 10/8.

The Mock Exam for the PHI 103-1 MWF 11 am class is postponed. I will hand it out (And post it here) on Monday. It will be due on Friday, Sept 19.

PHI 103-1 @ 11 am and PHI 276-1 @ 1pm are canceled for today, Monday Sept 8 due to illness.
Please prepare for Wednesday’s class as you would have for today’s class: we’ll pick up where we left off. Any papers that would have been handed in today, will be collected on Wednesday.
For now, I am NOT canceling PHI 103-2 at 6 pm. I am hoping to feel well enough to make it.
